Your Physical/Mental Strengths need to be balanced out by a Physical/Mental Weakness for each strength.

a weakness would be like being unable to strategize or having an inability to relate to others. Albert Einstein does not count. at all

Nor do I see how Berserkers and Ninjas count; unless you mean the Yugioh archtype of Ninjas. But even then, Berserkers has no place there.
