Please copy/paste this rubric into your post so that we know exactly what you are asking for approval of.
Card License I/II/III/IV/V
Card License I: 10 Posts to request; 100 Dp
Gives you the ability to create monsters without Effects. These include Normal, Ritual, Fusion, Synchro and Xyz monsters without effects. No monster's attack points within this License can go over 3000. Ritual spells are able to be created, too. Ritual Cards cannot have any other effects, other than to ritual summon specific ritual monsters.
Card License II: 20 Posts to Request; 200 Dp
Gives you access to Level/Rank 1-4 monsters with Effects. Tuners and Unions are unlocked here. Equip Spell cards are unlocked that designate a certain type/attribute of monsters.
Card License III: 30 Posts to Request; 300 Dp
Gives access to Monsters Level/Rank 5-6 with effects. Unlocks all spells/traps.
Card License IV: 40 Posts to Request; 400 Dp
Gives access to Monsters Level/Rank 7-8 with effects. Unlocks Gemini and Spirit Monsters.
Card License V: 50 Posts to Request; 500 Dp
Gives access to Monsters Level/Rank 9+ with effects. Unlocks Toon Monsters.
Tournament License; 100 posts to request; 500 Dp
Gives you Tournament Holder status and the ability to Host Tournaments.
Company's
30 Posts to Acquire a Company
Kaiba Corp: 700 Dp
Doma: 800 Dp
Also, whenever you go to the local Deck shops, be sure to use this as a means to keep up with your dueling points:
